Colts: Travelled to CPL this week, again we just got enough numbers after a couple of no shows. We started well with jimmy hickey, Burls and Bunna hitting the scoreboard early. The day went from strength to strength as we ran out 50 odd point winners. Unfortunately a Burls injured his shoulder again and will spend the rest of the season in cotton wool. Seconds: Again we had to rally the troops and call in a few favours with a few ex players pulling the boots on. We were down at halftime, however through the efforts of Andy Sayer, Al and Batty we were able to record a strong win. Good effort boys, hopefully we can get a few past players to arrive early on Saturday to past players on Saturday to suit up again. Seniors: A must win game against a side that have been in good form. Through the efforts of Kez, Johnsy and Juzzy we got off to a good aggressive start. The game was still up for grabs at three quarter time, enter Scotty "Scooter" Fiora, 4 goals in 5 minutes, game over, 5 minutes was enough for him as he came to the bench to ice up and rest. Great returns from Harro and Barn, only downer was the season ending injury to Nicko. Another big game this week against a side that have a lot to play for like us.
